Panellised Framing Systems
ECOLIT provide panellised and modular solutions to all our projects. Once our rollforming machines manufacture the light gauge steel frames these are then assembled into the relevant panels, floor cassettes and modules forming the relevant parts of the building. All finishes are completed off site as much as possible and then are wrapped for final delivery to site where our installation teams erect all to finish the buildings
ECOLIT ROLLFORMING
We design and build all our own roll forming machines that roll out the various profiles that enable us to build 10 houses per day.
Dimensions are exact to a tolerance of +- 2 mm. This form of construction delivers zero mistakes and waste.
