The BSG-ECOLIT Ecohouse is a three bedroom affordable home that uses the latest in building technology. It is a net-zerocarbon home built using safe non combustible materials manufactured offsite. Our system once completed in the factory is then delivered onsite where it is erected and finished quickly by our installation teams.

Our ECOLIT foundation system is a fully certified NHBC insulated raft foundation system that has no cold bridges and is both cost effective and quicker to install than conventional foundation systems
